I bought this product a couple days ago to wash my house with. Well, not the hand soap, but the same brand. It caught my eye on the shelf, and I instantly liked it. Now I know why. Check this out. Give it up for too many fonts! This is your new blog post. Click here and start typing, or drag in elements from the top bar.

Speaking of book covers: Pentagram has unveiled lovely new covers for seven Vladimir Nabokov titles. Far from the somber, desolate images that gum up many of Nabokov’s books -- something we’ve never understood, given the playfulness of his prose -- Pentagram’s designs introduce a gentle blast of whimsy. Each features an illustration, with a background pattern that riffs off a game, sport or an illusion relevant to the book. I recently began working with a very talented writer named Adrea Peters, whose work includes among other things, unique children's books. She is selling the e-books on Amazon now. I'm working on the covers. Check them out here. Also currently designing her new website. Check back for exciting updates. Google is slowly adding to the number and range of styles of web safe fonts. Very exciting from a design standpoint to no longer be shackled to the hand full of fonts that were previous safe to use. Have a look: http://code.google.com/webfonts |
